I was born in Portugal and qualified as an Audiologist in 2007, completing my BSc in Audiology, followed by a postgraduate qualification in Audiology from the Allied Health School in Porto in 2008. With over 16 years of experience in the audiology field, I have a strong clinical background in both NHS and private healthcare settings.
I have built a specialist career focusing on audio-vestibular diagnostics, where I assess and support patients dealing with various hearing loss and balance disorders, including conditions like BPPV, PPPD, and SCCD. In 2014, I joined one of the UK’s leading independent NHS providers, where my expertise and leadership allowed me to become the Lead Audiologist. In this role, I manage a comprehensive audiology service in London, mentoring newly qualified audiologists while providing effective dizziness treatment and vestibular rehabilitation.
I am deeply passionate about helping people navigate challenges related to hearing loss, tinnitus, dizziness, and vertigo, improving their quality of life through tailored care.
